Urgent or regular degree is to be collected by the student from designated VU campuses only, not from any PVC, but after complete passoput.

Call for viva / presentation is communicated through VU Email ID.

No set rule about when but normally they inform 3-4 days before presentation.

So check your VU email regularly as it is the only medium that can officially confirm you the viva / presentation date, time & venue.

Depending on passing the pre-requisites, it is better to keep all 3rd semester subjects and some 4th semester subjects.

The choice is purely your own, its just a suggestion.

It is better to write email to the course instructor, or course selection. Their email addresses are given in VU website.

It is better to consult your relevant course selection rules first.

The rules will allow you to keep maximum subjects including extra in every semester.

F has to be passed in any case, D can be improved only once during the course duration.
