Regional Textile Limited (RT L) will acquire the loan from the bank for the following reasons. RT L has not kept the working capital' policy of credit extension policy because it has more days of inflow than outflow. RTL's cash is going into negative due to not adopting the working capital policy. it is must to take the loan from the bank to pay the payment to the vendors. RT L must pay the interest on the loan which will be obtained from the bank after securing.
