Guys:

There is a 24 hours grace period beyond due date to submit project, which you can submit final project before 17th mid night. I got a written confirmation from VU about this.

"A local shoe manufacturing organization recruits new members for its various departments in January every year. It follows its own standard pattern for this process. Being CEO of this organization, how would you deal with the situation of shortage of employees?

A shortage of employees can be the result of either a short term issue or a long term issue. An example of a short term issue would be the need to create a new product display for an upcoming open house and an example of a long term issue would be the need to develop an entirely new product line. The need to create a product display is something that could possibly be done within a matter of a couple days, but the creation of an entirely new product line is something that would most likely require a great deal of research and planning, and thus it could take upwards of a year or more.

Following steps can be taken to overcome this issue:

a. Use over time

b. Outsource the work

c. Implement alternate working arrangements

d. Bring back recent retirees

e. Use contingent workers

f. Reduce turn overs

g. Avoid further saturation by firing the labour/ employees

For this purpose:

1. Open the quiz in only Internet Explorer Browser

2. Press CTRL+A for selecting and than CTRL+C for Copy

dear friends :

One thing that we all must understand is that VU is not a regular University its distance learning institution.You cant compare VU from any regular University .VU is Far batter from many universities but its rite that in market VU has no value.i have seem on many occasions that VU students not consider for jobs interviews.but in future there shall be good scope of VU students.

The Students who are already doing Job ,VU is the best for them but those students who r not doing any Job must try to get admission in any regular university otherwise they shall spoil their time .

i agreed VU is giving the quality education but we must consider that a regular university gives much more which VU cant like punctuality ,presentations skills,grooming nature and lots more.

VU Best suits to those students who cant afford Costly Universities and to Job holders.Vu must take good steps for regular students for Grooming personality and enhance presentation skills for its students.
