Let me take this opportunity to brief all of you. The launch of VU-Bytes was announced on LMS on 14th July 2011 wherein students were invited to participate in the magazine. We received plenty of student applications which was followed by interview and selection of few candidates to be on the permanent in the management as editors, sub-editors, proof readers and designers. Therefore, we already have a team working as suggested by Mr. Iftikhar Naqvi (VUASKARI).

Moving further, as informed earlier, the content has to be genuine and written by the students in case of articles / stories / journals/ poetry etc. Even on issues such as fashion , games, chef's corner etc where the basic idea is picked from other sources, the write up has to be made by the students based on their creativity.

I kindly request you all to encourage your grouped students to participate and submit their entries in form of anything they can create / write / develop. Let them take this opportunity to come in bigger picture. We still have openings for page designers. If anyone is interested in joining us as page designer, please ask them to send in their application to vu-bytes@vu.edu.pk as per the format prescribed in the announcement published on LMS dated 14th July 2011.

Its only through some creativity and it comes in fresh and a mind with knowledge. You can also polish your skills. I shall say, any thing that you like to write, do give a try on this new forum. Fwd your creations to this email vu-bytes@vu.edu.pk and see the nice response. Lets see all those young writers, poets, creators, who carry fresh minds full of ideas and creativity, participating here. It is an honour for a student to come in the records of University as a person who creates and is also a force to derive others with his creation.

Here is another proposal for all, any article selected, will also be published by www.vuaskari.com and a Special Honour Board for such students will be made where his/ her name will be placed. Let me take this opportunity to brief all of you. The launch of VU-Bytes was announced on LMS on 14th July 2011 wherein students were invited to participate in the magazine. We received plenty of student applications which was followed by interview and selection of few candidates to be on the permanent in the management as editors, sub-editors, proof readers and designers. Therefore, we already have a team working as suggested by Mr. Iftikhar Naqvi (VUASKARI).

Moving further, as informed earlier, the content has to be genuine and written by the students in case of articles / stories / journals/ poetry etc. Even on issues such as fashion , games, chef's corner etc where the basic idea is picked from other sources, the write up has to be made by the students based on their creativity.

I kindly request you all to encourage your grouped students to participate and submit their entries in form of anything they can create / write / develop. Let them take this opportunity to come in bigger picture. We still have openings for page designers. If anyone is interested in joining us as page designer, please ask them to send in their application to vu-bytes@vu.edu.pk as per the format prescribed in the announcement published on LMS dated 14th July 2011.
